Job OverviewAs a key member of The Rockridge Group, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth through strategic real estate development and management. Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and acquire new sites for Out-of-Home Advertising assets, including traditional and digital billboards, street furniture, and wallscapes.
  • Negotiate leases on equitable terms, ensuring long-term partnerships with property owners.
  • Collaborate with operations and sales management to ensure timely and high-quality sign installations.
  • Travel throughout the DFW Metroplex to meet with property owners and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date on sign codes and ordinances in major DFW area municipalities.
  • Represent The Rockridge Group in meetings with local, state, and federal officials, advocating for the company's interests.
  • Manage existing real estate assets, including lease renewals, permit management, and administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
