About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Services Specialist to join our team at FLACRA. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for providing direct diagnostic evaluative services to clients, assessing their primary and secondary diagnosis, and developing individualized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct therapeutic services to clients through individual, conjoint, family, and group therapy sessions
  • Assess client needs and develop treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Participate in general staff meetings, in-service training, and supervisory meetings to ensure high-quality care and stay up-to-date on best practices
  • Maintain positive relationships with community groups, referral sources, and service agencies to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Provide crisis intervention and mobile services as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Health/Human Services or related field
  • Qualified Health Professional (CASAC, CASAC-T, CASAC-P) certification
  • 3+ years of administrative experience in a behavioral health setting
  • Valid NYS driver's license
