We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficiency and efficacy of our processes and procedures, with the primary objective of improving and streamlining workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and design processes to optimize productivity and workflow
  • Oversee SMT line, Manual Soldering line, Press Fit Operation, and Warehouse Area, ensuring maintenance of processes
  • Create and develop new procedures and processes
  • Collect data for analysis to uncover areas for improvement and innovation
  • Analyze, evaluate, and test new and existing processes
  • Implement new processes and procedures
  • Examine existing processes and suggest improvements
  • Investigate and troubleshoot problems with processes, procedures, and operations
  • Document process changes through reports
  • Communicate ideas and findings to management and colleagues
  • Assist teams in implementing procedures
Requirements:
  • Experience in PCB Assembly, Manual Soldering, and Press Fits Process in the electronics industry
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Proficiency with computer and information technology
  • Specialized industry-specific training preferred
  • Thorough understanding of scientific and mathematical principles
Preferred Education/Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in engineering or related sub-field
  • 3-8 years of experience, preferably in the electronics industry
