Position Overview:

Latitude Inc is in search of a seasoned and driven Senior Oracle Federal Financial Functional Consultant with a strong background in Oracle 12. Familiarity with IPAC and G-Invoicing will be considered a significant advantage. The ideal candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding of federal financial management systems, exceptional analytical capabilities, and the proficiency to convert intricate business needs into effective Oracle solutions. This position requires close collaboration with federal clients, overseeing implementations, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation, configuration, and customization of Oracle Federal Financial applications (Oracle 12).
  • Deliver functional expertise in Oracle Federal Financials, covering areas such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Budgeting.
  • Engage with federal clients to comprehend their business processes and requirements, translating these into effective Oracle solutions.
  • Configure and tailor Oracle applications to align with client needs, ensuring compliance with federal financial regulations and standards.
  • Offer guidance and support for IPAC (Intra-Governmental Payment and Collection) and G-Invoicing procedures.
  • Conduct system testing, which includes developing test scripts, performing unit testing, and assisting with user acceptance testing.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, facilitating successful adoption and effective use of the system.
  • Create and maintain thorough documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user manuals.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement custom extensions, reports, and interfaces.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, recommending enhancements to improve system performance and functionality.
