About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Residential Care Specialist at Signature Health. In this role, you will work closely with our multi-disciplinary treatment team to provide direct care support services to clients in a residential facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise residents in completing daily tasks and handle emerging situations
  • Operate independently and as part of a team to achieve goals
  • Communicate effectively with residents, colleagues, and management

Skills and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of experience working in a residential facility or healthcare setting required
  • American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

Estimated Salary: $48,000 - $58,000 per year
