Healthcare Access Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Access Coordinator to join our team at Care Alliance Health Center. This role plays a critical part in providing exceptional patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Fronline Patient Contact: Provide professional, courteous interactions with patients, addressing their inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Efficiently manage appointment scheduling, ensuring seamless communication and accurate updates.
- Patient Data Management: Collect and update essential demographic, guarantor, and insurance information in our Practice Management System/Electronic Medical Record (EPIC and Wisdom System).
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and external partners to ensure smooth operations and excellent patient care.
- Education and Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in patient services, preferably in a healthcare setting with direct patient interaction.
- Clinical Knowledge and Skills: Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and experience working with EHR systems, such as EPIC.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations, empathize with patients, and maintain confidentiality.
Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
