Position Overview

RTA US is seeking a Systems Analyst specializing in business solutions.

Employment Type: Contract/Hybrid

Compensation: $72-$82/hr, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance user experiences for our agents by implementing rapid prototyping and agile methodologies.
  • Demonstrate a successful history of deploying innovative technologies and experiences within a service-oriented architecture.
  • Collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, including technologists, product managers, engineers, and senior executives.
  • Lead design workshops to clarify and refine user experience requirements.
  • Create functional and non-functional prototypes to ensure alignment and acceptance.
  • Deliver scalable solutions that support or enhance expert experiences while adhering to enterprise development standards.
  • Draft user stories within an Agile framework, ensuring clear acceptance criteria and consideration of dependencies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce platform configuration and development.
  • Salesforce Admin certification is mandatory.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and development practices.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to timely project launches.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud certification is a plus.
  • Salesforce Service Cloud certification is advantageous.
