We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified engineer with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in our design and/or construction groups. This position offers the chance to utilize existing Civil 3D design skills while taking on additional responsibilities.

Job Overview

This engineering position is ideal for an individual looking to grow professionally and take on new challenges. The role will involve mostly design work, with some construction oversight duties.

  • Design Work: Use civil engineering software (AutoCAD/Microstation) to prepare design plans.
  • Engineering Calculations: Perform engineering calculations to ensure high-quality work.
  • Team Support: Support engineers with day-to-day tasks associated with multiple disciplined projects.
  • Communication: Interact and communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other agencies.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • A minimum of a four-year technical degree in a civil engineering related field.
  • At least 5-15 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with Wisconsin Department of Transportation and local agency procedures is preferred.
  • Experience using the Microstation/AutoCAD software.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
  • The ability to travel as needed for meetings, on-site inspections, etc.
