Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manufacturing Operations Coordinator to join our team at Midwest Manufacturing in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and completing projects within the manufacturing engineering department.

About the Role
  • You will oversee all aspects of a project, including scope, budget, and schedule, and monitor progress on a weekly basis.
  • You will build and maintain working relationships with team members and other departments involved in the projects.
  • You will utilize industry concepts, practices, and procedures to ensure successful project completion.
Responsibilities
  1. Plan and oversee development and engineering projects to ensure timely completion within budget.
  2. Assist in defining project scope and objectives.
  3. Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
  4. Prepare budgets and track costs.
  5. Monitor progress and keep stakeholders informed on a weekly basis.
  6. Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate techniques.
  7. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Requirements
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum two years of experience in project management, engineering, and/or automation/programming.
  • Project management training or certification is desired.
  • Outgoing, confident, and comfortable speaking with all levels of management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and cooperate with others in team efforts.
  • Must work within designated normal office hours assigned or required by work.
  • Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed.
  • Candidates must be willing to work onsite at the Midwest Manufacturing General Office in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
