Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Royalton Manor. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our residents and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a cleaning schedule that addresses all areas of the facility, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Ensure that cleaning products, equipment, and procedures are in compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
  • Participate in relevant in-service training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
  • Collaborate with the facilities team to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs.
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed, such as deep cleaning or event setup.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or facilities maintenance preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
