About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Communication Specialist to join our team at E-Therapy. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in providing speech and language therapy services to students in PreK-12 schools.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in pediatric speech-language pathology, with experience in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of communication disorders. You will work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other educational professionals to develop and implement individualized therapy plans that cater to the unique needs of each student.

About the Job:

  • Design and implement comprehensive therapy plans to address students' speech and language needs.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, focusing on areas such as articulation, phonology, language comprehension, fluency, and pragmatic skills.
  • Collaborate with educators and parents to support students' communication goals in the classroom and other educational settings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with students, parents, and educational staff to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions, progress reports, and other relevant information.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience providing speech-language therapy services in a school or pediatric setting.
  • Proficiency in assessment tools and therapeutic techniques commonly used in pediatric speech-language pathology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and educational staff.
