HVAC Program Manager

The HVAC Program Manager will oversee the delivery of quality classroom instruction, ensuring that faculty are equipped to provide exceptional learning experiences. They will administer programs, monitor student progress, and tailor course materials to meet the needs of individual students. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to build and lead faculty teams, and a proven track record of successful program administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Instructional Delivery: Develop and implement effective instructional strategies to ensure student success.
  • Student Service: Provide exceptional support to students, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in HVAC education.
  • Faculty Management, Mentoring, and Training: Lead and develop faculty teams, providing coaching and support to ensure their success.
  • Program Administration: Oversee program development, implementation, and evaluation, ensuring alignment with institutional goals.

Requirements:

  • 3 or more years of recent work experience as an HVAC Technician or similar position.
  • 3 years' classroom teaching experience at the post-secondary level preferred.
  • 3 years of successful leadership and management experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, proven ability to build and lead teams, and excellent communication skills.
