As a Lead Product Manager - Product Administrator, you will play a critical role in driving rigor and processes to support the Product team and their go-to-market strategies.

Job Summary

The Lead Product Manager - Product Administrator will be responsible for accelerating go-to-market activities across the broader Product Management team. This highly visible function will help accelerate product launches into market through various support initiatives, as well as other direct revenue streams, including evaluation of Individual Case Basis Sales (ICB Sales). The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of Project Management and Process Management processes, Data Analytics, KPIs, and understanding of tools such as Excel, Power-BI, PowerPoint to help deliver presentations and reporting capabilities to the Product Team and mid-level leaders across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define business cases that drive specific business outcomes
  • Define repeatable processes to help accelerate the business for faster execution
  • Manage multiple projects through a defined process
  • Understand KPIs, financial drivers, and cost, margin models, and represent these to the business
  • Work with Product Managers on custom data-driven projects to help drive KPIs that assist with and help accelerate go-to-market deliverables for specific solutions
  • Own prioritization for deliverables, including project and ICB efforts
  • Provide support for QBRs, including collection of KPIs
  • Provide support for decommissioning projects from a Product lens
Requirements
  • BA/BS with 6+ years of experience in a related field
  • OR a MS and 4+ years of experience
  • OR a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience
  • OR 10+ years of experience in a related field without a degree
  • Excellent communication, presentation, writing, and editorial abilities
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving
  • Ability to work within a cooperative team environment as well as perform assignments autonomously

Cox Communications is a fast-paced, positive, high-energy environment. This role may require working with several departments and different personalities. The base salary for this position is $106,900.00 per year, and the company may be eligible for additional compensation, including an incentive program.
