Job Description:
A key role at Tesla seeks a highly skilled Industrial Automation Engineer to drive efficiency and cost reduction in manufacturing processes. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for designing automation lines with suppliers, collaborating with equipment integrators, and implementing cutting-edge solutions.

About the Role:
We are looking for a talented individual to lead efforts in production line optimization, collaboration with integrators, automation implementation, and cost reduction. If you have a strong background in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related field, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth reviews of production line assembly concepts in RFQs
- Partner closely with equipment integrators to design and refine assembly lines
- Lead efforts to identify and integrate automation solutions
- Drive substantial cost savings by ensuring accurate RFQ assessments
- Utilize SolidWorks, Catia to rigorously review and enhance line designs, CAD models, and simulations

Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
- Extensive experience with CAD software (SolidWorks, Catia) and automation technologies
- Strong expertise in manufacturing processes, assembly line design, and cost management

Compensation and Benefits:
$104,000 - $204,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits.
