We are seeking a skilled Clinical Audiologist to provide exceptional patient care and drive practice growth at HearingLife. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating hearing loss, ensuring a positive patient experience, and meeting practice financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality care and aftercare of dispensing services, including hearing tests, hearing aid fittings, and education.
  • Perform checks on hearing aids and other amplification devices, including troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Achieve practice growth through sales and key business metrics, while maintaining ethical practice standards.
  • Participate in local community outreach, including health fairs and developing physician relationships.
  • Counsel patients on the purchase of hearing aids, devices, and accessories, and maintain a current understanding of third-party payors and payment methods.

Requirements:

  • Active Hearing Aid Dispensing License or Audiology License in accordance with state requirements.
  • 2+ years of Hearing Aid sales experience or equivalent industry training under a licensed HIS or AuD.
