POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
This role encompasses a wide range of clinical audiology services, along with educational, administrative, managerial, and quality assurance responsibilities as assigned. Key duties include the coordination of various audiology initiatives, conducting thorough clinical audiology assessments, and implementing rehabilitation strategies for patients. Participation in educational programs and supervision of designated staff members are also integral to this position.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
A Doctor of Audiology degree is required, along with a minimum of three years of clinical experience as a licensed audiologist. A Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association is preferred. Candidates must be eligible to obtain a Medicaid and Medicare provider number.

LICENSURE
Candidates must possess and maintain current licensure from the Texas State Board of Examiners in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology. Registration for the use of audiometric equipment through the Texas Department of State Health Services is also required.
