We are seeking a highly skilled Audiology Specialist to join our team at HearingLife. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality care and aftercare of dispensing services such as hearing tests, hearing aid fittings, educate and train hearing aid users of best practices.
  • Perform checks on hearing aids and other amplification devices, including troubleshooting, conducting repairs, and cleaning.
  • Achieve practice growth with a strong mindset on sales and key business metrics while maintaining ethical practice standards.
  • Local community outreach, including health fairs and developing physician relationships, to represent HearingLife as an advocate for making a life-changing difference.
  • Counsel patients on the purchase of their hearing aids, devices, and accessories, and maintain a current understanding of third-party payors and various payment methods in accordance with federal and state laws.
  • Support Telehealth initiatives to expand patient care and product portfolio, including conducting hearing tests, coaching, and educating patients on hearing aid devices.
  • Maintain continuing education requirements based on state requirements and ability to operate audiometric equipment and interpret results.
Requirements
  • Active Hearing Aid Dispensing License or Audiology License in accordance with state requirements.
  • 2+ years of Hearing Aid sales experience or 2 years equivalent in industry training under a licensed HIS or AuD.
