As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, including Assisted Living Suites, Independent Living Apartments, and Patio Homes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks to maintain excellent standards throughout our facilities
  • Coordinating maintenance task completion with other members of the facilities and maintenance team
  • Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards
  • Managing and maintaining a campus of 200+ residents, including Assisted Living, Independent Living Apartments, and Patio Homes

Requirements:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic hand tools experience
  • Knowledge of building equipment, building codes, and building systems
  • The ability to complete assigned tasks with little or no supervision
  • Facility maintenance experience; previous hospital and/or nursing home experience preferred
  • The ability to lift, push, and pull up to 100 lbs.
