Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team at Adams and Associates, Inc. in Manchester, NH. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for providing overall management for facility maintenance, ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency in all aspects of facility operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise facility maintenance staff, including training and development of employees
  • Develop and implement facility maintenance plans, including budget control and scheduling
  • Ensure quality control of all facility and equipment subcontract work performed on Center
  • Coordinate with Center Management to ensure that CTST construction activities meet Company quality control standards
  • Develop and manage the Center's energy conservation preventative maintenance, facility management, and related plans
  • Implement and manage a computerized work order system, including timely corrective and preventative maintenance
  • Prepare scopes of work required for subcontracts, with commensurate punch lists developed and completed
  • Ensure all staff adhere to rest and meal break requirements
  • Fills staff vacancies in a timely manner and effectively motivates and empowers staff to perform their job responsibilities
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate of Arts Degree from an accredited school or technical certification preferred
  • Three to five years' experience in facility/maintenance supervisory capacity and Electrician, HVAC or Plumbing license preferred
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds and/or assess the lift load to ask for necessary assistance
