Position Summary

As the receptionist/concierge, you will serve as the initial point of contact for visitors. Your responsibilities will include welcoming clients, scheduling appointments, and managing incoming calls, as well as addressing the needs of our customers during their visits. The ideal candidate will possess a friendly demeanor, outstanding communication abilities, and strong organizational skills, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks effectively.


Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests upon arrival
  • Manage phone calls and light filing tasks
  • Help maintain a tidy and welcoming atmosphere
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support clients throughout their experience
  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
