Position Summary

As the receptionist/concierge at Clear Image Printing, Inc, you will serve as the initial point of contact for visitors. Your responsibilities will include greeting clients upon arrival, scheduling appointments, managing phone inquiries, and ensuring a pleasant experience for all guests. The ideal candidate will possess a friendly demeanor, outstanding communication abilities, and proficient computer skills, along with the capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently.


Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests as they enter the premises
  • Manage incoming phone calls and perform light filing duties
  • Help maintain a tidy and inviting workspace
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and address client needs throughout their visit
  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
