Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Aspire Pediatric Therapy LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech and language services to children in our care.

Responsibilities
  • Select and administer appropriate evaluation tools and procedures to assess children's speech and language skills.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address children's communication needs.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Provide education and training to families and caregivers on communication strategies and techniques.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and research in the field.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Illinois.
  • Experience working with children with communication disorders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices and strategies.
  • Knowledge of neurodiversity-affirming practices and principles.
  • Fluency in a language other than English (e.g., Spanish, American Sign Language).
