At Singer Equipment Company, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with outside carriers and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Aid in scheduling contract deliveries and create purchase orders for contract divisions.
  • Prepare and print invoices for outbound deliveries and receiving labels for pallet identification.
  • Log receiving photos of equipment into our system with accurate dates.
  • Work a Monday-Friday schedule with a 12:30-1:30 pm lunch break.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Pay range: $19-$24/hour.
