About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Principal Project Manager to drive our energy projects in North America. This position is crucial for our growth strategy and will focus on enhancing our client relationships and expanding our service offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships in the energy sector, leveraging your extensive experience and industry connections.
- Identify and support the planning and execution of major power transmission and generation projects.
- Collaborate with Mott MacDonald personnel to implement our Energy Networks business strategy, ensuring alignment with overall corporate objectives.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in roles such as Utility, Developer, Consulting Engineering, or Contractor.
- Proven leadership and communication skills, with a strong network of connections at the C-Suite level in the energy market.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $150,000 - $250,000
Benefits include 401k, medical, dental, and vision insurance, short-term and long-term disability, holiday and PTO, parental leave, and company-paid life insurance.
