About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team at Clarion Hotel. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal performance.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Respond to guest requests and maintenance issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in building maintenance or a related trade profession.
  • Strong technical skills and ability to learn quickly.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
