Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with inquiries regarding policy modifications, renewals, billing, and claims.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document inquiries in our systems.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve service skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service or a call center environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
