Position Summary
We are currently seeking Tier 1 Call Center Representatives to support our operations. This role requires availability for shifts during our operational hours, which span from early morning to evening, seven days a week, throughout the year. The shift schedules include early morning to mid-morning and late morning to evening shifts, including weekends and holidays. Please note that this is an on-site position.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via telephone to provide information and conduct research to address inquiries.
- Ensure accurate responses are delivered to resolve customer questions and maintain detailed records of interactions.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and access extensive commercial and government databases for research purposes.
- Must be a US Citizen and capable of obtaining a public trust security clearance.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in customer service principles, including needs assessment and quality standards evaluation.
- Proficient understanding of the English language, including spelling, grammar, and composition for clear documentation.
- Strong active listening and effective communication skills to convey information clearly and assist in problem resolution.
- Excellent reading comprehension skills to understand work-related documents.
- Critical thinking abilities to evaluate various solutions and approaches to problems.
