Senior Resource Group is seeking a skilled Medication Assistant to join our team at River's Edge. As a Medication Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe administration of medications to our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Count and document all narcotics administered to residents
  • Manage the total inventory of medications, including ordering, receiving, verifying, storing, and removing expired or discontinued medications
  • Verify current MARs against new MARs at changeover time
  • Provide personal care to residents as needed, including bathing, skin care, oral hygiene, grooming, dressing, and incontinence care

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ months of experience in senior living or a related field
  • Current Medication Technician certification (depending on state regulations)
  • Acceptable proficiency in English
