Responsibilities
  • Manage the parts sales process from start to finish, ensuring that all customer needs are met and exceeded.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and staff to ensure seamless transactions and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Utilize the parts catalog to locate and retrieve parts, and ensure that all pricing is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Process customer payments and handle all financial transactions in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with the parts manager to ensure that all inventory is accurately stocked and that any out-of-stock parts are promptly ordered.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in auto parts sales is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and staff.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules and operating instructions.
