About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our production team. As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products, working efficiently with equipment and machinery, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and package products to meet customer specifications and company standards
  • Operate equipment and machinery to produce high-quality products
  • Unpack and load raw materials, and move materials to and from equipment
  • Rotate into different line positions as needed to ensure efficient production
  • Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
  • 0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work efficiently with equipment and machinery
  • Ability to understand and follow verbal instructions
  • Ability to work overtime and weekends
