Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Spa Attendant to join our team at Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience in our spa.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Maintain constant communication with reception to ensure customer satisfaction, greet clients, and relay information to reception.
  • Facility Maintenance: Perform cleaning and maintenance services of interior and exterior for the entire facility, including daily operations, facility inspections, and overseeing general facility maintenance.
  • Supply Management: Prepare treatment rooms by ensuring that all supplies and equipment are available and laid out according to procedure, replenish supplies required for massages and facials on a regular basis, and coordinate efforts to ensure timely and accurate delivery of supplies and equipment.
  • Sanitation and Hygiene: Oversee the cleanliness and sanitization of the premises, ensure that any wasted material is properly disposed of, and sanitize bathrooms and wet areas as per the standards set by the spa management.
  • Guest Experience: Provide spa tours to new or prospective clients, make them aware of the services offered, and bring a positive and energetic attitude to work.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with answering phones, scheduling appointments, and performing various other duties as assigned.
