Job Overview

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to provide essential speech and language services to students in a school setting.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a dedicated team and make a positive impact on the lives of students.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in North Carolina.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and treatment goals.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, utilizing evidence-based interventions and techniques.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to support students' academic and social success.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in North Carolina.
  • Experience working in a school-based setting is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
