Fiscal Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fiscal Coordinator to join our team at the Lancaster County Workforce Development Board. This exciting opportunity allows you to work closely with our Fiscal Director to present the organization's financial condition while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing advanced accounting duties, including financial analysis, reconciliation, and reporting. Your expertise in Microsoft Office applications and attention to detail will enable you to make a significant impact on our organization's financial performance.
Key Accountabilities- Regularly review and reconcile financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors to facilitate efficient financial operations.
- Collaborate with the Fiscal Director to prepare monthly and year-end close-out reports, ensuring adherence to State compliance reporting guidelines.
- Enter and process financial data in the WDB accounting system, maintaining accurate records and submitting reports as required.
- Provide support to internal and external monitors/auditors, responding to inquiries and providing necessary documentation.
- A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
