Job Summary

The Fiscal Coordinator position at the Lancaster County Workforce Development Board offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled accounting professional to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Fiscal Director to present the organization's financial condition, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Responsibilities include performing advanced accounting duties, such as financial analysis, reconciliation, and reporting, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with subcontractors and vendors. Main Responsibilities
  • Perform regular financial analysis and reconciliation to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Collaborate with the Fiscal Director to prepare monthly and year-end close-out reports, adhering to State compliance reporting guidelines.
  • Enter and process financial data in the WDB accounting system, maintaining accurate records and submitting reports as required.
  • Support internal and external monitors/auditors, responding to inquiries and providing necessary documentation.
