About the Role
Inizio Engage is collaborating with a prominent, research-oriented pharmaceutical organization known for its commitment to science and teamwork. We are in search of a dynamic and results-oriented Oncology Clinical Operations Manager to lead a team of clinical educators dedicated to providing educational support and training to healthcare professionals and office staff in oncology settings.

What You Will Be Responsible For:
- Overseeing the performance and development of Clinical Educators within your designated region.
- Collaborating with Program Management and clients to optimize the allocation of Clinical Educators.
- Conducting performance assessments and addressing any HR-related issues.
- Engaging in regular field travel to evaluate the effectiveness of Clinical Educators in their interactions with healthcare facilities.
- Managing the onboarding process for new Clinical Educators as required.
- Organizing and facilitating biannual meetings for Clinical Educators.
- Assessing territory coverage and in-service requirements for Clinical Educators.
- Coordinating conference attendance and gathering feedback.
- Acting as the primary contact for team feedback regarding tools and resources.
- Recommending ongoing training and support needs for Clinical Educators.
- Participating in client national sales meetings to align training content with team objectives.
- Communicating performance expectations and goals to the Clinical Educator team.
- Sharing best practices across regions to enhance overall performance.
- Completing necessary administrative tasks in a timely manner, including activity reports and expense documentation.

What You Need to Succeed:
- A valid Registered Nurse license with no restrictions and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.
- A minimum of two years of management experience in a healthcare environment, preferably in field leadership roles.
- At least three years of experience as a Clinical Educator in the pharmaceutical or hospital sector.
- A strong background in oncology nursing, with a minimum of five years of recent experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong problem-solving abilities.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.
