Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at JBS USA Holdings, Inc. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth onboarding and offboarding of employees, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional support to our HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up files and records for new personnel, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks
  • Photograph and process employee badges, ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Obtain and verify employee numbers for new hires, ensuring accurate records
  • Record and update employee status changes, including address updates, departmental transfers, and other relevant information

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other HR software
