As an Autism Support Professional, you will play a critical role in making this vision a reality by providing individualized support and assistance to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a highly competitive compensation package, including an estimated $24-$30 per hour salary range, based on experience. Our benefits package includes full medical and dental coverage for those working 36+ hours/week, paid time off, holiday pay, car repair fund, and 401(k) retirement plan.
About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. As an Autism Support Professional, you will:
- Provide one-on-one support and assistance to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Help individuals develop and maintain daily living skills, social relationships, and employment goals
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless support and services
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong commitment to helping others, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a reliable vehicle for transportation. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with prior experience in a similar field preferred but not necessary. We offer paid initial training and ongoing professional development opportunities to ensure your success in this role.
