Housing & Resource Advocate Role

At Hope Outreach Solutions, LLC, we strive to provide exceptional support services to individuals in need of housing and resource assistance. As a Housing Specialist with a community focus, you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their goals and improve their overall quality of life.

The primary responsibilities of this position include:

Assessing client eligibility and determining their housing and service needs
Coordinating effective and efficient searches for available and suitable housing options
Developing customized, person-centered housing plans with clients
Providing support in applying for benefits to increase financial independence, access to essential community resources, and connecting with various providers
Responding to client plan requests as they arise and working to problem solve and deescalate situations

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a diverse continuum of services, preferably in a fast-paced, growing agency.

About the Position

This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary range of $42,400 - $46,600 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek. We offer flexible scheduling and paid time off, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid Minnesota driver's license, and reliable transportation with active auto insurance. You should also possess excellent analytical, mediating, and negotiation skills, as well as strong organizational and case management abilities.

As a member of our team, you will be expected to maintain current knowledge of housing and community requirements, perform other duties as needed, and participate in staff meetings and regular check-ins with your supervisor.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $42,400 and $46,600, based on a 40-hour workweek.
