Autism Care Coordinator

We are seeking an Autism Care Coordinator to join our team at Customized Options Nonprofit. As an integral part of our community-based program, you will work closely with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities to support their needs and goals.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing individualized plans for each client
- Coordinating with family members, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support
- Providing ongoing training and support to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary: $20/hour, 30-40 hours/week, competitive wages, room for growth and advancement
