Lead Customer Support Specialist Role

As a Senior Customer Experience Representative, you will play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty for Nine Stars Group USA. Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles with a strong focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and CRM software.
