Position Overview

As a Manufacturing Associate I, you will be responsible for:
  • Verifying materials and products in accordance with established procedures and batch record requirements.
  • Labeling, inspecting, and producing final container products using both manual and automated systems.
  • Setting up, changing over, and operating bottle opening equipment.
  • Maintaining records and the production area to meet regulatory standards, good manufacturing practices, and standard operating procedures.
  • Conducting initial checks of completed documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Cleaning and operating bottle opening equipment in compliance with cGMPs and internal procedures.
  • Inspecting bulk products to ensure they meet specifications and identifying any shortages.
  • Maintaining logs, batch records, and all necessary documentation according to cGMP specifications and internal procedures.
  • Ensuring competency in cleaning and verifying bottle-opening equipment and performing off-line inspections as required.
  • Meeting or exceeding established quality and productivity standards.
  • Regular attendance is crucial for this role.
  • Adhering to all relevant government regulations, including HIPAA, FDA, OSHA, and EPA.
  • Exemplifying the employee code of conduct and Omnicare Core Values.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned by management.
  • Being available for extended hours as necessary.
Qualifications

Required:
  • Previous factory or relevant work experience.
Preferred:
  • Experience in assembly.
  • Quality control background.
  • Light mechanical industry experience.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical setting.
Education:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
Compensation and Benefits

The typical pay range for this role is: $23.56

This range represents the base hourly rate or annual salary for all positions within this job grade. Actual compensation will depend on various factors including experience, education, and location.
