Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate new investment prospects and assess potential returns through detailed underwriting in Excel and Argus.
- Support the Investments Team in all due diligence activities related to prospective acquisitions and partnerships.
- Conduct thorough research on submarkets and product types, analyzing various categories of market data.
- Prepare components of internal investment committee documentation and engage in acquisition discussions.
- Assist in creating investment pitch materials aimed at institutional investors and lenders.
- Collaborate with the Investments Team on joint ventures, property transactions, and investor distributions.
- Work closely with Asset Management, Property Management, and Accounting on financial planning and reporting tasks.
- Undertake additional projects as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or Liberal Arts with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- 1.5 years of experience in financial and/or investment banking; 2 years preferred.
