Enterprise Value Stream Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our end-to-end value stream optimization efforts. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for driving strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and innovation across our product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Leverage sector value stream strategies and technology roadmaps to implement advantaged actions and initiatives to accelerate value delivery by improving efficiency, reducing cost, and driving consumer value.
- Serve as the primary contact to leverage manufacturing technologies and process advancements to drive end-to-end optimization.
- Develop and implement global value stream optimization strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize and create top-level initiatives to drive end-to-end value stream for the sector.
- Drive robustness in make versus buy analysis with ECM and internal partners, while ensuring strong capital efficiency.
- Develop and maintain strong commercial partnerships and understanding of customers and consumers to ensure the supply chain can deliver as expected.
- Support sourcing strategy, ensure business continuity, and negotiation leverage.
- Define and manage target condition, benchmarks vs current condition, and develop gap closure plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in operations management within the CPG/B2B industry, with a proven track record of driving process improvements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
- Experience in end-to-end cost optimization and innovation cycles.
- Effective, consistent global communications and stakeholder management skills.
- Global operations experience, including familiarity with international manufacturing and supply chain practices.
- Proven application of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Willingness to travel for on-site assessments and collaboration with segments and sectors globally.
