About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Value Stream Manager to join our team at Kimberly-Clark. As a key member of our operations leadership team, you will be responsible for driving strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency, quality, and innovation across our product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Value Stream Optimization: Leverage sector value stream strategies and technology roadmaps to implement advantaged actions and initiatives to accelerate value delivery by improving efficiency, reducing costs, and driving consumer value.
  • Goal Setting and Performance Management: Bring competitive understanding, industry benchmarks, and global internal capabilities to drive sector value stream performance.
  • New Product and Process Innovation: Collaborate with R&D, Product Development, and Capital Engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of new products/systems into the value stream.
About You

We are looking for a talented and ambitious individual with a strong track record of driving process improvements in operations management within the CPG/B2B industry. You will need to have a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, and at least 10 years of experience in operations management with a proven ability to drive end-to-end cost optimization and innovation cycles.
