About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Value Stream Manager to join our team at Kimberly-Clark. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end value stream optimization across our global operations.

As a strategic leader, you will leverage your expertise in value stream management to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to drive efficiency, quality, and innovation across our product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement value stream optimization strategies to drive efficiency, quality, and innovation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement
  • Lead the development and implementation of process improvements and innovations
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of value stream optimization initiatives

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in operations management within the CPG/B2B industry
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and innovation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
