Role Summary

As a Retail Management Supervisor, you will collaborate closely with the Store Manager to cultivate a team of outstanding associates, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences while contributing to the overall growth of Bath & Body Works.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager with leadership tasks and operational duties.
  • Provide constructive feedback and performance evaluations to team members.
  • Coach and motivate associates to enhance sales and customer service.
  • Set daily objectives and communicate expectations to the team.
  • Engage with customers to build loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Oversee store opening and closing procedures, including financial transactions.
  • Act as the on-duty manager to ensure high standards of customer service.
  • Collaborate with the sales leadership team to implement effective strategies.
  • Uphold company policies and operational procedures.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer engagement.
  • Experience in providing immediate coaching and support to team members.
  • Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends and peak hours.
  • Previous supervisory experience in a retail environment is preferred.

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED Certificate.
