Role Summary
As a Retail Management Supervisor, you will collaborate closely with the Store Manager to cultivate a team of outstanding associates, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences while contributing to the overall growth of Bath & Body Works.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager with leadership tasks and operational duties.
- Provide constructive feedback and performance evaluations to team members.
- Coach and motivate associates to enhance sales and customer service.
- Set daily objectives and communicate expectations to the team.
- Engage with customers to build loyalty and satisfaction.
- Oversee store opening and closing procedures, including financial transactions.
- Act as the on-duty manager to ensure high standards of customer service.
- Collaborate with the sales leadership team to implement effective strategies.
- Uphold company policies and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer engagement.
- Experience in providing immediate coaching and support to team members.
- Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends and peak hours.
- Previous supervisory experience in a retail environment is preferred.
Education
- High School Diploma or GED Certificate.
