At PDS Health, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental offices, providing exceptional patient care, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Model company culture, values, and standards, and promote a positive work environment.
  • Assess, hire, and retain top talent, and provide comprehensive training and development opportunities.
  • Investigate and resolve staff and patient issues, and develop effective solutions.
  • Execute the PDS Operational Model, and drive year-over-year revenue and profit growth.
  • Manage expenses, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement an office success plan, and lead a team of Front Office and Back Office staff.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, and five or more years of related work experience in operational management.
  • Valid driver's license and automobile insurance, or reliable means of alternate transportation.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills, and ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, and ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and legal documents.
