About the Role:

Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Affordable Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our low-income apartment communities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the properties, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of property integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the properties, including marketing, property maintenance, and resident relations.
  • Screen prospective residents, collect rents, and serve notices as needed.
  • Develop and maintain reports, agreements, and other documents related to property management.
  • Ensure compliance with landlord-tenant laws, State and Federal Labor Laws, Fair Housing Laws, and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve property performance and resident satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Two (2) years of previous customer service experience.
  • One (1) year of previous property management experience.
  • Previous affordable property management experience required.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
  • Previous Entrata Property Management Software experience is preferred.
  • Basic experience with MS365, including TEAMS, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
  • Ability to perform bookkeeping tasks, including collecting rent and preparing reports.
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • The ability to learn quickly while paying attention to detail.
  • Available for after-hours emergencies.
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • A current valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance.
