Responsibilities The Role
We are looking for a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to take on the role of Clinic Director within a senior living environment that may include independent living, assisted living, and memory care services. Therapy services provided to residents are covered by private insurance and/or Medicare Part B.
As a Clinic Director, your responsibilities will include:
Supervising the delivery of care by team members in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Supporting care coordination by conducting regular wellness assessments, liaising with patients' healthcare providers, and facilitating telehealth appointments. Leading operational projects, including the rollout of company policies, clinical programs, and quality improvement initiatives. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams on treatment strategies and therapeutic interventions. Upholding professional practices and ethical standards in line with company policies and clinical objectives.As a PTA, your duties will encompass:
Delivering physical therapy and wellness services to older adults under the guidance of a licensed PT as part of a collaborative team. Contributing to program development, quality enhancement, and problem-solving efforts. Aiding in the optimization of each patient's functional well-being and overall satisfaction. Your Schedule
While our clinics generally operate from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, our flexible scheduling allows you to create a work-life balance that suits your personal needs.

Additionally, you possess:
Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program (New Graduates Welcome).
Current PTA state licensure.
