- Support to the Cook: Provide assistance to the Cook as needed, including filling juice pitchers, chilling milk and yogurt, stocking cereal, and preparing fruit, salads, snacks, and bread.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and drink items are prepared and presented to the highest standards, in accordance with DHH regulations.
- Education and Experience: High school education and one year of work experience or training in restaurant/catering food preparation and service of foods.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and utilize proper body mechanics.
